On the morning of March 3rd, the 2024 Chongqing Changshou Lake Half Marathon started at Changshou Lake Square. Nearly 5,000 runners from home and abroad started the race. Sokon Power, as the leading enterprise in Changshou District, fully supported the marathon. Yanpeng Wang, the assistant general manager of the power BU supply chain system, was invited to participate in the award ceremony of the competition.
The race was certified by the Chinese Athletic Association, guided by the Chongqing Municipal Sports Bureau, hosted by the People's Government of Changshou District, Chongqing, and undertaken by the Changshou District Culture and Tourism Development Committee (Sports Bureau) and the Changshou Ecological Travel Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. It was the first marathon in the Chongqing region for the Year of the Loong. Organized as per A2 level event standards, it attracted nearly 5,000 participants from nine countries including Japan, Malaysia, Kenya, as well as regions within China such as Hong Kong, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Hubei, Yunnan, and more, with up to 86% of the runners coming from outside Changshou District. Four employees from Sokon Power participated in the race and achieved excellent results, earning medals.
At the event spot, the Powertrain BU in collaboration with AITO BU conducted vehicle promotion activities. The activity attracted many citizens, including various government and enterprise units from the district, greatly aiding AITO customer prospecting. During the event, the SER85 range extender assembly manufactured by Sokon Power, featured in the AITO M7, also made a stunning appearance, offering the audience a direct and in-depth science popularization experience. This increased consumer understanding of the AITO models and provided a clearer recognition of Sokon Power's products.
