From April 23 to May 2, 2025, the 21st Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). As one of the largest and most influential automotive events globally, this year’s exhibition, themed "Embracing Innovation, Sharing the Future," attracted over a thousand exhibitors and hundreds of thousands of visitors. Seres Power, the core new energy component subsidiary under the Seres Group, unveiled its new generation of Seres Super Range Extender System and Intelligent Electric Drive 7-in-1 Assembly at the event.

At this year’s exhibition, Seres Power’s booth drew significant attention with its new generation of Seres Super Range Extender System, which sparked discussions within the industry for its three core advantages. The system delivers a noise-free driving experience, improves spatial efficiency through highly integrated design, and achieves a leading actual power generation efficiency of over 3.6kWh/L among mass-produced range extenders. Notably, the system received the "High-Quality Range Extender" certification from the China Automotive Technology and Research Center (CATARC), making it one of the first range-extender systems to pass this authoritative industry evaluation. These advancements not only mark technical breakthroughs but also provide users with efficient and energy-saving mobility solutions. Alongside this, the Intelligent Electric Drive 7-in-1 Assembly exhibited a 30% reduction in size and 25% lighter weight compared to traditional designs. Its compact integration enhances energy transfer efficiency while minimizing circuit losses between components, ensuring greater reliability for daily use.
