　　In the pursuit of excellence, Sokon Power always self-motivates with high standards and strict requirements. To undertake the Seres Group's and Powertrain BU's high-quality 40-60 strategy and ensure effective implementation, safeguarding the development of Sokon Power's high-quality activities. Recently, the Sokon Power high-quality 40-60 strategy officially commenced, with the launch meeting attended by 20 participants including the Assistant General Manager, department heads, directors, and system management personnel. The heads of each department clearly stated their commitment to resolutely and effectively complete the implementation of various management activities, firmly achieving the goal of a comprehensive evaluation ≥60 points.

　　As the main planners of the event, the Lean Management Department meticulously devised a series of initiatives to correct and normalize practices, including enhancing quality awareness, improving work documents and processes, adhering to standard norms, and continuous on-site improvement. At the launch conference, the Lean Management Department detailed the event process, clarified the division of responsibilities, and covered multiple aspects such as training and education, document upgrades, error-proofing system verification, and real-time monitoring, constructing a comprehensive and multi-layered action plan.

　　To ensure the smooth progress of the event, the meeting proposed three core requirements: Firstly, each department must thoroughly disseminate and implement the 4060 plan internally and develop a detailed execution plan. Secondly, the 4060 working group will monitor progress and summarize situations on a weekly basis, holding regular review meetings. Lastly, a special report must be submitted at the end of each month to provide feedback on progress and effectiveness. These measures aim to solidify the foundation and provide strong support for the successful implementation of the 4060 strategy.
